All Ireland Feile A Champions 2016.
What an incredible few days for our U14 Feile team who travelled to Tipperary / Waterford to take part in this years All Ireland Feile A Finals.
Our girls won their first match vs Knockavilla Kickhams 1-4 to 1-1. The second match was a very tight encounter vs Thomastown, finishing 0-6 a piece. The final qualifying match resulted in a great win vs Annacarty.
The team marched on with wins over Feakle of Clare in the quarter final and a convincing victory over Bunclody of Wexford in the semi final.
Thomastown awaited in the final and it was an epic match with the sides level at half time. Sars showed their class in the second half and pulled away to secure an excellent 1-3 to 0-3 win.
What a great panel of players. Well done to all the girls and mentors. We are so proud of you all !
