Following a stern test at the Glen on Sat June 12th, Sars overcame a strong Midleton side to win the Decky Guckian Cup for the third time in 6 years. It is to be the final running of the competition, consequently the sponsor Mr Declan Guckian presented the cup to Sarsfields to keep permanently.
